Corporate Training Programs


Training Program Objectives
  • To provide staff with a world class, professional approach to preparing for various sporting events, such as:
    • Melbourne Marathon/Half Marathon (October)
    • Around the Bay in a Day (October)
    • BP/BRW Corporate Triathlon (March)
    • ..etc
  • Through a structured training program staff will improve their physical fitness, nutrition and mental preparation for meeting the challenges of each sporting event.
  • To provide staff with a progressive approach to developing their fitness and strength that will reduce the risk of injury.
  • To properly prepare staff for their event(s) so as to improve their performance and safety through improved skill, fitness and strength.
  • The training plan will be supported with a balanced stretching program (which may be tailored to individuals if there are injury concerns).
  • Recovery, self maintenance techniques and injury prevention tips can be outlined in a regular newsletter to each participant.
  • All sessions will be set by Emma Carney : 2 Time world Triathlon Champion
Corporate Training Plan Options
There are 2 possible structures to a corporate training plan:

1. Per Session Cost:
1-5 Participants: $100 + GST per hour
6-15 Participants: $150 + GST per hour
16-25 Participants: $200 + GST per hour
25+ Participants: $250 + GST per hour (additional coach required)


2. Specific Program Cost:
There are a number of ways of setting up such a program.
This type of program is ideal for a corporate group to prepare for an event, such as the BRW Triathlon, Aroung the Bay in a Day bike ride or fun runs such as the Melbourne Marathon.
Generally it is advised to have an 8-12 week pre event program with at least 1 session a week.
