With a properly structured training program - and with an option for the program to target a specific event such as the Melbourne Marathon/Half Marathon, Around the Bay in a Day (October) bike ride, the BRW Corporate Triathlon (March) - staff will be able to improve their physical fitness, nutrition and mental preparation for meeting the challenges of each sporting event or their own fitness goals. Corporate training, and the proper preparation will allow staff to improve their skill, fitness and strength, thereby reducing the risk of injury, and very importantly, improving each employees safety for their event.
